Derek Jameson is a singer/songwriter and dance music artist based out of Los Angeles, C.A.. Jameson's career began in live stage shows when he was 15 at Paramount's Great America in Santa Clara, C.A. and various productions being filmed in the bay area. At a young age he began writing, composing, and performing his own music.
Derek's music combines his love for piano with melodic tech house music. Jameson has written songs for Producer/DJ's Morgan Page, Bijou, Matroda, and Kaleena Zanders. He has worked with songwriter to the stars Jessica Hoover and producer/director Trent Park. Jameson's music spans worldwide cultures and he has even taken his show on tour in Asia. Derek was a past opening act for pop sensations Darren Criss and Danity Kane.
Jameson won the best pop category at the New York Independent Music and Film Festival held in Los Angeles, C.A. He has been nominated for his music in independent film circuits and featured in film and television soundtracks such as 1 Chance 2 Dance, Girls Like Magic, and cult classic Bloody Mary 3D.
Derek continues to work with his team to create transformative music that will last lifetimes.
